Showroom Furniture Repair Chicago
Floor samples take a beating: test sitting, sun through the windows, pens, bags and delivery knocks. We repair leather and upholstered pieces on your showroom floor, so they sell at full price.

Keep the Floor Looking New
Showroom furniture repair Chicago stores ask for is rarely dramatic. It is the small damage that makes a shopper walk past a piece.
- 01
Floor samples stay sellable
A scuffed arm or a pen mark is the difference between full price and a floor-sample markdown. A small repair keeps the piece on the floor at its price.
- 02
Fixed where it stands
Most repairs are done on the sales floor, on site. Nothing has to be wrapped, loaded or sent away, and the vignette stays as you styled it.
- 03
Before you open, or after you close
Visits are planned around your store hours, so customers never walk into a repair in progress.
Six Kinds of Floor Damage
This is the wear we see most on display pieces. Each one is a repair, not a replacement.

Showroom Furniture Repair Chicago FAQ
Not sure a piece is worth fixing? Send a photo and ask.
Ask With a Photo →Can you repair pieces right on the showroom floor?
Usually, yes. Scuffs, small tears, worn arms, faded panels and open seams are repaired where the piece stands. If something needs bench work, we tell you before we start.
Will the repair be visible to customers?
On finished, pigmented leather a good repair is very hard to find. On aniline or other natural leathers it can be blended well but may still show up close. We tell you which you have before any work.
Do you work with new pieces damaged in delivery?
Yes. Scuffed corners, small cuts and pressure marks from shipping are common, and they are often cheaper to repair than to return.
Can you take care of several showrooms?
Yes. List each location on the quote form and we quote them together.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Send photos with the form below or by email to office@leatherrestorepro.com, and you get a written quote at no cost.
A showroom sells by being touched and sat on, which is exactly why its pieces wear faster than the same ones in a home.
