Keep Common Areas Presentable

Furniture repair for property managers Chicago buildings need is steady, small work: the lobby piece that residents and prospects see every day.

  1. 01

Repair the piece, not the budget line

A lobby sofa with one torn cushion or a faded back rarely needs replacing. Repairing the damaged part keeps the set matched and costs a fraction of new furniture.

  2. 02

    Residents keep using the room

Repairs are done on site, in the lobby or the amenity room. We work around move-ins, deliveries and the busiest hours, and keep the work area tidy.

  3. 03

    One vendor for every building

List all your properties on one request. You get one written quote and one point of contact for lobbies, leasing offices, lounges and gyms.

What wears out in common areas

Furniture Repair for Property Managers Chicago FAQ

Managing several buildings? Send one list for all of them.

    Send the List
Do you work in occupied buildings?

Yes. Lobbies and amenity rooms can usually stay open while we work. The work area is kept small and clean, and residents can walk past.

Can you quote several properties at once?

Yes. List each address on the form with the rooms and pieces at each one, and we quote them together.

We need a certificate of insurance. Is that possible?

Tell us on the form whether a COI is required and who it should name, and we will follow up on it with the quote.

Do you repair vinyl and faux leather too?

Yes. Amenity rooms, gyms and leasing offices often have vinyl or faux leather seating, and it is repaired the same way as leather.

    Is the quote free?

It is. Use the form below or email the list and photos to office@leatherrestorepro.com; there is no charge for the quote.

Keeping common-area furniture in shape is one of the quieter parts of property management, and one residents notice first.
